Daily Cup Of Matcha

I thought it was only appropriate that I dedicate an entire post to my love of Matcha. This little green goddess is the highlight of my day LOL, but seriously I’m not joking I have a cup of Matcha everyday its my thing!! I love Matcha for so many different reasons but here’s a few that you may like:

  • It’s comforting and earthy, I mean have you seen this little cup of cuteness before? (THE BEST)
  • It gives you energy without jitters or the crash (WOOO) 
  • It strengthens your immune system (Holla)
  • It’s full of antioxidants and polyphenols (HELL YES)
  • You feel relaxed, but at the same times focused (CAN I GET AN AMEN)
  • It stimulates your metabolism (NOW THAT’S GOOD)
  • It has chlorophyll in it, so its detoxifying (YEAH BABY)
  • Lowers your cholesterol (A POWERHOUSE IF I MUST SAY SO)
  • Can act as a stress relief (OHH YESS GIVE ME ALL THE RELAXATION)
  • Calorie Burner (I MEAN WHAT DOESN’T IT DO)

Now that you see that this little cup is nothing short of amazing for you, maybe incorporate it into your daily routine and see how you feel!!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED I PROMISE!

I drink my Matcha two different ways, here’s some suggestions if you would like to give it a try 🙂

First way: Regular Matcha

  • 8oz of hot water (NOT boiling though)
  • A dash of warm unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Matcha ( I order mine on amazon I have tried Viva Naturals Matcha, Kenko Tea Matcha, and now I am using Carrington Farms Matcha)
  • 2 Scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • Blend it up because it’s the best when it’s nice and frothy
  • You can also add honey if you would like it to be sweeter 🙂

Second way: Bulletproof Matcha

  • 8oz of hot water (not boiling)
  • A dash of warm unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of Matcha
  • 1 tablespoon of Kerrygold butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil
  • 2 Scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • Blend it up to make it nice and delicious
