Smoothie’s are where it’s at

You all know I favor anything that’s on the go, but if it’s also healthy that’s a plus. I think it’s easy to think eating healthy has to be difficult and take a lot of work. Well I am lazy so I am here to tell you that it can be quite easy all you have to do is take time to meal prep and you are golden 🙂

Reasons why smoothies are the SHIT:

  • Easy, convenient, on the go a must.
  • You can pack so much good shit in there meaning vegetables and barely taste them can I get a hallelujah
  • Makes it easy to have a healthier breakfast especially if you are shorter on time
  • You can prep smoothie ahead of time for your week
  • so many versions that there’s one for everyone that they will like
  • Could be for breakfast, could be for your work lunch, could be for before or after a workout. Really a healthier smoothie is good for any time of the day

Types of Smoothies that I love:

Matcha Collagen Smoothie

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Ice
  • 1 scoop of Matcha Collagen from Vital Proteins
  • Handful of spinach
  • French Vanilla Bone Broth Protein from Ancient Nutrition

Everything but the kitchen sink Smoothie:

  • A cup of water
  • 1/2 a cup of almond milk
  • Ice
  • A handful of Spinach
  • A handful of fruit( I like to use banana, or blueberries, or no fruit at all depends on the day)
  • A tablespoon of Carrington Farm Goji Powder
  • A scoop of Vital Proteins Beauty Water
  • Flax or Chia Seeds depending on the day I switch them out
  • Top with Cacao Nibs or Coconut Chips whichever or nothing
  • A scoop of Vega Protein

Peanut Butter Delish:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • ice
  • A packet of Ancient Nutrition Peanut Butter Bone Broth Protein
  • 2 tablespoons of Peanut Butter or Almond Butter depending on what I have
  • 1/2 a banana
