Float Spa: Ebb & Float

A couple of weeks ago I went to Ebb & Float a float spa for my birthday, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. I was more relaxed there in one hour than I have been in months. Not only is Kym extremely kind and warm, but starting your visit with a full body massage chair honestly was the best thing ever, and then spending time in a float spa made my entire day. If you have yet to visit a float spa I highly suggest you add it to your list, and if you are local to Columbus, Ohio definitely visit Ebb & Float.

She then took my around the studio and showed me the different float tanks, which is amazing right because every doesn’t want to be in an enclosed place it freaks me out so I am so glad they had open options!

I layed in an Epsom salt filled float spa for 50 minutes and it was extremely calming. You then are able to take a shower and get ready after your float. She has a bathroom full of amenities so really you go in there stressed, come out feeling refreshed what could actually be better? Because I love hearing behind the scenes from Businesses and I love being able to connect with the person behind the brand I asked Kym to fill out a questionnaire below!
