Wellness Wednesday’s: The power of a cup of tea part 1

It’s no secret that I am 100 percent a tea lover, I am the type of person who will go to the store when I have a cabinet full of tea at home and work and still continue to buy more tea because I may have an obsession maybe lol. I love a good tea, but I not only love the comfort a cup of tea gives me but also the benefits. I like many different kinds but heres a list of the ones I drink daily and why 🙂

Matcha Tea – (THE #1 on the list of must haves daily) Currently I am obsessed with Matcha Collagen which is Matcha and Collagen mixed together which is a win win in my book you can check that out here but I also really like Mizuba Tea and Kenko Tea  both of those brands are good as well.

I literally could go on and on and on about Matcha, but really its just part of my routine now that provides a lot of health benefits and keeps me calm 🙂
